They were prompt, their work was superior, their attitudes were second to none, they picked better products than we would have imagined & their attention to detail was fantastic. I have a 1910 home with a cinder block foundation. A referral to Greenwood LLC came in 2014 from a neighborhood acquaintance. The company that placed my sump pump six months earlier stated they would help with the existing water damage but did not. Michal came to assess; told me exactly what was needed, and how they would proceed with the repairs. My basement stairs were taken out and the wall completely opened and exposed. Yikes... A huge amount of fill dirt was behind the wall, with only a vapor barrier covering the top, not the sides up against the dry wall. A trench was dug out and joined the sump line, then a concrete block half wall was built to protect the new wall. The workman was very professional and answered all my questions. He replaced everything in much better condition than he found it. Best of all-no more leaks or water damage! I would highly recommend this company!

Pleasant to deal with. Finished the job on time. Somewhat hard to communicate with crew my only complaint. However the project manager was available and answered all my calls when I called him with Questions. I would hire them again if needed.

Jerzy and his great crew have done a number of projects for us on multiple houses over the last 10 years. On two of our houses, he has done extensive work to dry out very wet basements and both were successful. They also did a building addition for us, a great deck and a few other miscellaneous drainage projects. We would highly recommend them!

Had water in my daylight basement including a corner of a finished section in which I had a grand piano. Jerzy's workers worked efficiently and courteously while informing me and answering questions as they progressed. Wallboard and 2 by 4's were partially replaced along with a membrane on the concrete wall. The concrete floor was excavated forming a trench in which perforated piped was placed and covered with gravel. Drainage was by gravity out a sloping rear portion of my lot. Prior to preparing the concrete trench, plastic sheets were hung to section off the work area. I was very pleased with the excellent work done and was relieved that there are still those who take pride in doing genuine quality work.

John and his guys worked hard and did a great job fixing our basement leak problem. They were fairly priced and on time!
